Great company with many benefits. Young vibrant brands to work for that are well known and respected within the industry.
Congratulations to all of our graduates celebrating their ‘graduation’ last week.
Run for 12 months out of High Street Kensington, the dmg media graduate programme encompasses millennials across all of our popular brands; Metro, MailOnline and Mail Newspapers within areas such as sales, finance, data, marketing and technology.
Over the course of a year, the graduates are taken through a range of modules including; self-awareness, influencing, developing your impact and brand, understanding finance, presentation skills and project management.
We caught up with Rob Bailey, Online Content and Conversation Executive for Mail Newspapers Marketing, who took part in the Graduate programme and here’s what he said:
“The Graduate Programme has been such a rewarding experience, and one which I’d recommend to any final year university student. Not only has it allowed me to meet a range of talented grads from around the business, but the training days have provided me with a solid foundation needed to thrive at DMGT. What impressed me most about the programme was its holistic approach. Alongside tangible skills such as project management and finance, we looked at the importance of building our personal brand and teamwork. As I look around my department, I see a number of colleagues from previous cohorts playing important roles and taking on positions of responsibility, which I think is a real testament to how well the course is run”
We firmly believe that it’s an excellent time to join dmg media. Our brands remain as influential as ever and we’re hugely ambitious about exploring new opportunities in the future – whether that’s in emerging markets or new territories. It makes this a great place to develop your career.
