Great guide! This will be my starter for 3.7 (on ps4). Hopefully they don’t nerf anything with the next patch :)

Seems like a nerf since we’re losing Totem Armor, Taunt, and Reflect (assuming they’re not going to be on the passive tree).
Wasn’t that the main advantage over Heiro?

Trying to determine favorite bow/quiver combo
(1) chin sol - 50% damage close
(2) lioneye's - far shot - proj speed
(3) quil rain - 100% attack speed / 40% reduce damage - proj speed
---------------
(4) skrimish with point blank
(5) skrimish with fire leach or something else (+chain ect) allowing for diff ascendancy choices as stated in earlier comments.
---------------
-combo (2)/(4) seems like it would give you best of both worlds where you get dmg bonus close up but dont loose nearly as much damage as proj travel farther. so maybe best combo for QoL/clearing
-combo (1)/(4) seems like max dmg ( bosses ? )
-combo (3)/(4) why would we use this over the above 2 combos?
haven't played RAT yet but seems like ele hit goes really far so would it be best to use (2) with no Point Blank since then your just killing stuff really far away constantly
or maybe its better to use (3) no Point Blank so your totems spam more projectiles and if you already do plenty of damage - more projectiles=faster clear
- curious to hear other peoples opinions on the above
edit: does quil rain translate to a 20% damage increase basically?
60% dmg X 2

If you got any fire leech in gear you can skip 14.Hinekora and go 8.Tasalio instead.
I will be testing multiple option in 3.7

Isn't losing the 'covered in ash' 20% less Movement Speed
20% increased Fire Damage Taken a big dps hit? do the totems trigger it?
i guess if the build does as much damage as it seems - might be worth it to pursue more defensive options.
also how big of a deal is it to lose totem taunt - is an abyss jewel with taunt on it enough to make up for it ?

I will try this build on Legion Hc (only what i dont know is how will totem autoatacck works in legion). Cause if u place totems in LEgion and it attack everything, u will fight vs everything so u have no choice.
Question is: isn't Ascendant version much better? If i look on:
https://poe.ninja/challengehc/builds?skill=Elemental-Hit&skillmode=Totem
I can see in top of DMG and HP Ascedants. Hiero has also nice dmg, but low HP. Ascendant has in average quite good HP. Chieftain has quite same hp as Ascendant, but much lower DMG then Asc.
Thats the basic stats math, it doesn't reflect chieftain advantages like totem immunity, doesnt matter map mod etc..
But maybe Ascendant is the best option. what u think?

Each bleed effect remains present on the target until it runs its course, but only the one with the highest damage per second will cause damage at any given moment. For example, assume an enemy is inflicted with bleed for 100 damage per second, then after 2 seconds it is inflicted with bleed for 50 damage per second.
